After years at one of those major tax chains, watching clients get rushed through like numbers on a spreadsheet, she'd had enough. In 2004, she walked away and opened Tax Pro Plus with a simple promise: treat people the way they deserve to be treated.
Twenty years later, that promise still drives everything we do.
As an Enrolled Agent licensed by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Vicki has the expertise to handle complex tax situations. But ask any of her clients and they'll tell you what really sets her apart—she actually listens.
